Design T.O.S.

  • Do not sell for more than you obtained the character for, unless there is additional art added by either yourself, or obtained via commission. One acceptance may be if you have built an entire profile on the character, including a code, then you may increase the price depending on the work put into it.

  • Any design can be traded/sold/raffled away without permission, though I prefer they go to good homes where they will not collect dust or be in bad hands. In note of this, you may not sell a design that you did not buy.

  • Design changes are fine so long as you can still recognize the character. Many of my designs are not associated to a specific species so you are are welcome to use your imagination if the design is not sent with a tag stating the species.

  • If you are making the design private on Toyhouse, please authorize me, as I do check in on designs every so often. I generally do not hold judgement towards what you have made of the character. However, if you are using a character for morally disturbing depictions (not including horror), you may be blacklisted from obtaining a character from me directly in the future.

  • You may use my designs for NSFW artwork, as I am above 18 and can view these things. I do not condone minors using my designs for NSFW, nor do I condone content such as zoophilia, pedophilia, disturbing kinks, or other morally wrong depictions, but once a design leaves my hands, I am no longer responsible for what it is used for.

  • On Toyhouse, my designs are always sent with a world, do NOT remove the character from the world, this is so I can keep track and not accidentally resell.

Commission T.O.S.

  • Payment is only through Paypal (USD, converted to CAD)

  • ALL prices are subject to change depending on complexity, and my familiarity with what is being asked for

  • I will NOT directly copy other drawn pieces for poses (done by other artists who are not involved in the commission) as it just feels morally wrong to me, however, you may use them as examples for what your idea is

  • You may use the finished piece however you like, but NEVER remove the credit/watermark

  • Do not use my artwork in AI machines

  • I have the right to advertise with previous commissions

EDITING FEE: All commissions/designs have a 24-hour free edit timer once the work is complete. I understand that some may not spot errors when the commission is completed, so I have set this 24-hour leeway for the commissioner to let me know if there is something that needs to be adjusted/edited on your final copy. If you do not notify me within these 24 hours, there will be an edit fee that will depend on what you're asking for, starting at a minimum of $5 USD.

PRIVACY: I will never disclose the price or details of a commission to anyone except the commissioner, on that note, keep in mind that prices may vary depending on what you are asking for and how experienced I am with it, so your price may be different than the other persons.

NSFW RULES: I will gladly draw NSFW for you, however, I require proof that you are 18+ via a photo of your ID, with everything but your birthday blocked out. I am not as experienced with NSFW but can-do basic stuff such as and not limited to intercourse, nudity, and non-sexual nudity. If you are getting an NSFW piece involving another character that is not yours, I require proof of consent from the other party involved so I am assured that the piece will not be of ill intent.

COMMUNICATION: If something is wrong, TELL ME, if you want to inquire about your commission, TELL ME, I value communication when it comes to these things and will never be upset with you inquiring about status updates. If you need to reach me, feel free to PM me anytime.

TURNAROUND TIME: This can vary depending on my mental health, IRL matters, and the complexity of the commission, it can either be same day delivery (usually for smaller pieces), or 4-5 weeks. I will always notify you when your commission has been started, usually with a sketch. You are allowed to ask for progress updates.
Because my mental health can stagger, there may be breaks that could delay your commission. If you need your commission finished by a certain date, you are more than welcome to bring it forward, and request an urgency (fee will apply).

REFUNDS: Will only be issued if the commission has not been started after a month, no earlier, artwork takes time and IRL things happen.
